• Check house that had 21 full bathrooms against Arlington County Property Search and fix

Transformation

• Recode type of property into Property Type and Number of Units ACS categories
• Recode Bedroom Count to ACS categories
• Recode Bathrooms to ACS category
• Recode Year Built into ACS categories
• Recode Heating Fuel into ACS categories
  • Had to create Unknown category for those that were not specific on fuel type currently in use (some levels were about availability)

Selling
