- Bolded: ACS 90% MOE crosses 0 (no data still with MOE)
- Where this ACS table only includes "Owner Occupied Housing Units", the JCC Parcel data does not differentiate between owner or renter occupied. Thus, we are over estimating the James City County Parcel data depending on the number of residential housing units are renter occupied. Because this data is about selling, one could assume the number of recently bought residential homes that are then immediately rented out is smaller rather than large.
- JCCP data on physical characteristics is only available for 2015. Thus, the comparison here is ACS 2014 1 year estimates to 2015 JCCP 1 year estimates.
