The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) is a national association representing all areas of the real estate finance industry with over 2,200 member companies. The Research Institute for Housing America of the MBA is a 501(c)(3) trust fund whose purpose is to provide information on functioning, structure, and future mortgage markets.
