Brief Overall Description of the Dataset:

InfoUSA is a leading provider of consumer and business data as well as end-to-end marketing services, to include targeted mailing lists (e.g.Households with Children, New Homeowners, New Movers. Investors). Can reduce list based on age, income, home value, ethnicity, and housing/finance (home value, housing type, mortgage). 103,587 leads listed for Arlington and James City Counties (for current year). Raw data to form these lists come from raw data from real estate and tax assessments, voter registration files, utility connects, bill processors, behavioral data, and other sources before we integrate dozens of proprietary enrichment sources.

Contacted by representative after creating an account. Virginia Tech is going to have access to some their data through the library, but not for another 6 months.
