Brief Overall Description of the Dataset:

The IPUMS-USA dataset is a compilation of the US long form and ACS data. The goal of this data set is to keep the historic demographic and housing data of the United States and Puerto Rico together and free. It is available to anyone, upon request and web login. The dataset, however, does not show any signs of having property level or housing unit data available.
