Screening
- Is there data available for 2013?
- Can we access the data by August 15th?
Does this dataset appear to meet our needs for the Census study? NO
Explanation: It appears that all the data they have for post secondary education comes from the National Student Clearinghouse, and is not linked with the K-12 data. Instead the higher ed is at the school-level to measure post-graduation enrollment. Furthermore, they have very stringent restrictions on getting student level data including an IRB and extensive proposal.
