Does this dataset appear to meet our needs for the Census study? NO

Explanation: Vermont does not have a longitudinal system set-up yet, so there aren’t student-level links between K-12 and higher ed data. All their Higher Ed data comes from the National Student Clearinghouse (looking at where Vermont students enroll/what they major in).
