Does this dataset appear to meet our needs for the Census study? No

Explanation: K-12 data cannot currently be linked to higher education or workforce data. Also unclear data request process and if data student-level data will be available by August 15th. North Dakota has a statewide longitudinal data system site set up but it is not operational (https://slds.ndcloud.gov/SitePages/Default.aspx), so data inventory was done for their K-12 data from the Official Portal for North Dakota State Government website.

There is a fairly complicated Data Request and Review process to go through that is outlined on their website. But to get an actual data request form contact must be made with them first.
