Does this dataset appear to meet our needs for the Census study? NO

Explanation:  Obtaining student-level data requires signing an MOU and submitting a data request. There is a longitudinal education system that links K-12 with higher ed and workforce (https://lifetracks.ms.gov/SitePages/Home.aspx), however, access to student-level linked data is only available at physical locations at the University of Mississippi.
